4.13.1 - Dual mismatched disc of 15”
a) Make the groove opening in “V” shape allowing placing the manure.
b) Composed by a discs support with holes positioned one opposite to the other “A” (Fig. 067), that allow the
plain discs assemblies to be assembled mismatched in relation to the other.
c) It has two sets of plain flat discs with diameter 15” assembled in bearing of shielded bearings with tapered
bearings “B”.
d) The internal wipers assembly “C” is equipped with bolts with springs that make the wipers pressure on the
discs, thus cleaning off the soil adhered to the disc. It is important to observe the adjustment so that the discs spin freely.
e) Manure driver in polyethylene (non-adherent material) “D”, that allows a quick cleaning and prevents the
manure to attach on the discs support.
f) Oversleeve to flow the manure from the distributor system to the dual disc support, attached by lower and
upper clamps “E”.
ATTENTION:
The dual discs are assembled on right and left supports, disposed in the planting units according to
the number of lines (one right, one left, successively). The purpose of this assembling is to allow the planter
to work centralized to the tractor, preventing the planer to pull only to one of the sides, thus allowing a lower
effort of the tractor.

4.13.2 - Fertilizer Ridger
The trencher was designed and developed to move the soil as little
as possible and require less tractive effort and penetration. Allows placement
of fertilizer at greater depths than the double discs, still allowing a small de-
compression at planting.
a) The trencher has replaceable tip that should be replaced when
displaying excessive wear or breakage. It also has protective flaps and fas -
tener driver of fertilizer that allows adjustments deposition of manure by the
driver.
b) The set has a security system with shear bolt that can break
when the equipment goes through obstacles - such as rocks, stumps or roots
- to protect other components of the implement.
c) Conductor polyethylene fertilizer (non-adherent material), which
allows for quick cleaning.
d) Hose for driving the manure distributor system for trencher fixed
by upper and lower latches.
e) a set of regulatory depth rod, equipped with triple springs and
anchor bolts for adjusting the depth of action of the set on the ground.
