4 - IMPLEMENT MOUNTING
The Planter Fertilizer 3090PD is factory fitted with the planters and the units facing transport header as well
as some items attached to it in order to ensure the expedition with all components according to the configuration of the
purchase implement. Before starting operations settings for planting operations must be performed to implement the
assembly as instructed below.
4.1 - Procedure for mounting the implement
Before attaching the implement to the tractor, observe if the tractor is equipped with a set of weights or weights
in front of the front wheels to prevent the same empine when operating the implement.

ATTENTION:
Make the preparation according to the tractor manufacturer’s instructions.
With parked in a flat implement, and sustained with the support feet on the ground, make the coupling to the
tractor and assembly of the machine as follows:
1) Release the hitch pin “A” (Fig. 018) fixing the header at the top spot of the chassis;
2) Escamoteie the header, dexando it into working position (Fig. 019);
3) Using the regulator header “A” (Fig. 020), and engagement with patella (Fig. 022) adjust the hitch height of
the header to the Tractor Pull bar, then make the hitch of the tractor and planter lock the hitch pin lock with steel;
ATTENTION:
When moving the tractor to the implement coupling, make sure there is enough space and
if there are no people or animals on the maneuvering area.
When attaching the implement to the tractor, find a safe and easily accessible location,
always use low acceleration with reduced gait.
4) Attach the whole mechanical lift “A” (Fig. 021) to the header and set it to the ground so that the supported
