Trim materials and textile fabrics
For cleaning of trim materials and
textile fabrics of car doors, trunk and
roof, a special cleaner/dry foam and
soft brush shall be used.
Leather seat (if equipped)
Do not expose your leather seats to
the sunshine for a long time. Or, it may
cause leather to fade.
Under no circumstances can you use
solvent,
floor
wax,
shoe
polish,
detergent or similar products to deal
with leather seats.
To avoid damage, have stubborn stains
removed by the JAC authorized
after-service centers.
It is recommended that you maintain
your leather seats using a leather
maintenance agent every six months.
Clean the surfaces of leather seats
using a piece of wet cloth. If it is too
dirty, use a soft soap solution.
Safety belt
Keep safety belts clean. If safety belts
get too dirty, their function will be
impaired.
Use a soft soap solution to clean dirty
safety belts. Never try to remove
safety belts from your car.
Automatic safety belts shall not be
rolled up until they get fully dry.

Never try to remove safety belts
for cleaning.

Never use a chemical cleaner to
clean safety belts. That is because
chemical cleaners will damage
fabrics. Keep safety belts away
from corrosive solutions.

Check safety belts regularly. If
there
is
damage
to
fabrics,
connectors, automatic rolling-up
devices or locks of safety belts,
immediately
contact the JAC
authorized after-service centers
for replacement.
Cautions shall be taken to prevent
water
from
penetrating
through
stitches. Wipe dry leather seats using
a piece of soft cloth after cleaning.
