Car window glass
It is better to remove snow on car
glass and rear view mirrors by hand.
Remove ice on car glass and rear view
mirrors using a soft plastic de-icing
tool. You will get a better effect if
using a de-icing agent.
When removing ice using a soft plastic
de-icing tool, shovel ice in one
direction and do not shovel it forward
and backward.
Hot water is not allowed for removing
ice and snow from car glass and rear
view mirrors. Or, it may lead to
cracking of glass.

For rusted zones, firstly remove them
completely. Then paint an anticorrosion
primer on them. Last, coat a finishing
paint. It is recommended to fulfill these
operations by the JAC authorized
after-service centers. A glass or silicone cleaner is allowed
for removing rubber, oil, grease or
silicone residues from your car body.
To remove wax residues, use a special
cleaner. Regularly contact the JAC
authorized after-service centers for
details. The internal side surface of the
window
glass shall be cleaned
periodically.
The leather used to wipe car body
paint is not allowed to wipe car
window glass. That is because wax
residues may cause damage to glass.
To avoid damaging heating wires on
rear
windowshield, no article is
allowed to be attached on them.
Seal strips of car doors, trunk,
roof and windows
Frequently use a rubber maintenance
agent
(silicone spray) to maintain
rubber seal strips. This will extend the
service life of seal strips, keep
elasticity and exert better sealing
effects. In addition, it can avoid an
early wear of seal strips and leaks and
cushion the force applied when closing
doors. It can also prevent seal strips
from getting frozen even in winter.
Wheels
Wheel hubs and trim members shall
also be cleaned when washing your
car at regular intervals, in order to
prevent fine brake abrasive, dirt or salt
from accumulating. For fine brake
abrasive firmly attached to hubs or
wheel trim members, use an industrial
de-dusting agent to remove it. Paint
damaged shall be well repaired before
getting rusted.
