Maintenance requirements

Maintenance requirements

Car maintenance consists of regular
maintenance, regular checking and
Owner maintenance.

Regular maintenance

Checking,

adjustment

and

part

replacement shall be in accordance
with the Warranty & Maintenance
Manual of JAC J5 Passenger Car.
Maintain your car at regular intervals
strictly following procedures specified
in

this

manual.

The

regular

maintenance of your car shall be
fulfilled by personnel from the JAC
authorized after-service centers, as
they have the professional maintena
-nce

equipment.

It

is

strongly

recommended that you use genuine
JAC parts for service and replacement
and use genuine JAC engine oil,
coolant, transmission oil, and brake
fluid.

Regular checking

Check relevant parts and functions
before and after driving. Follow the
regular checking procedure and time
intervals specified in the Warranty &
Maintenance Manual of JAC J5 Passe-
nger Car

Owner maintenance

If you have some knowledge of or are
interested in mechanical engineering
and electronics and if you have all
necessary tools, you can carry out car
maintenance as best you could.

Maintenance instruction

Keep relevant records each time you
have your car maintained by personnel
from the JAC authorized after-service
centers. These records will be used as
proof that your car has been correctly
maintained. In case that some of our
service centers or relevant persons do
not provide your car correct mainten
-ance service, these records will be
viewed as proof for your complaint.
Keep relevant maintenance records of
the emission system of your car.
These records can prove you that the
actual working state of the emission
system of your car complies with the
relevant environment protection stand
-ard.
