How can I check a thermistor?  

 
Place the thermistor in cold water (of known 
temperature) and take an Ohm reading across the 2 
wires. Do the same with hot water and compare the 2 
values with the Thermistor Resistance Chart.  
 
*If the thermistor Ohm value does not match the
