When the download is complete, the following window will be displayed indicating the cloning process
has finished:
Press and disconnect the computer from the Expander Module ensuring the front cover plate is
re-instated to ensure the IP rating of the Module is maintained.
The information is now stored in the radio PCB of the new Translator Module. In order for the system
to correctly process the device information, a LOAD command should be carried out at the Translator
Module followed by a small programming sequence using the Wirelex software and the Translator
Module local programming buttons.
At the Translator Module, use P3/P4 buttons scrolling through until is displayed. Press P2,
will be displayed. Press P2; will be displayed. Scroll up using P3/P4 buttons until is
displayed. Press P2; will be displayed. Pressing P2 confirms the LOAD; will be
displayed.
Connect the PC to the Translator Module and read the Translator Module program (as detailed in
Section 7). When the program is displayed, right click on the Translator Module and carry out a
"Program translator" command. At the Translator Module carry out a further LOAD sequence. (see
P.90)
Ensure that the Loop Address recorded earlier is now transferred to the new Translator Module. This
can be checked by carrying out the following process:
Use the up/down buttons (P3/P4) to scroll through to the required Loop Address. Once reached,
press P2 to confirm the change.
This completes the cloning process.
