If you encounter any problems, please first check through the following list:

Power supply OK
S
All connected cables for scales and peripherals undamaged
S
Plugs correctly attached on peripheral devices
S
Connected sensors in correct positions and working
If you encounter problems that you cannot remedy with the aid of this manual,
please collect as much information as possible detailing the problem.
If possible, try first to determine the conditions under which it occurs. Deter­
mine whether the fault is reproducible - that is, whether it recurs under identical
conditions.
The following information is also essential to effective troubleshooting:

Device serial number
S
Exact designation of the device, identifiable from the power-up notice
S
Exact wording of all error messages appearing on the display
S
Exact designation (type) of connected peripheral devices linked to the prob­
lem (e.g. scale type, printer model, etc.).

16.1 Scale error log
The error log is accessed from the Calibration/Calibrate Scale 1 menu
via "
Tare
." The date, time and short designation of the error message are dis­
played.
