Carefully slide the supply forward to remove it from the instrument.

Calibrating Translator Platform
The following procedure describes how to calibrate the torch position of the translator
platform. This procedure must be performed every time the plasma coil or the RF
generator is replaced.
CAUTION
Before attempting to remove the torch, verify that it has had sufficient time to cool,
if plasma has been running.
1.
Remove the torch as per section 6.5.4, page 70 and set on a clean surface.
2.
In the “stepper“ tab (service mode with password “koala“), select the home box
for each of the translator dimensions (vertical, horizontal and depth), and press
apply.
3.
Set the following positions for the vertical, horizontal and depth positions in the
“New (mm)“ column of the stepper tab, and press apply (Figure 6-36).
