Power Supply 

11.1

 

Introduction 

This chapter contains circuit descriptions relating to the power supply PCB’s used in the 
ICPMS. For circuit diagrams relating to the Analytik Jena designed circuitry refer to the 
relevant section of the Schematics manual. 

 

WARNING 

Never override or disable the instrument interlocks. Failure to observe this warning 

could expose the operator to high voltage resulting in death or serious injury.

Ion Optics High Voltage Power Supply 

The 11 ion optics supplies are generated on the Ion Optics High Voltage PCB board as 

well as the detector high voltage power supply signals.  It is located on back of the 
instrument. Test points for the lens supplies are located from the through the cover.
