Rotate the tool anti-clockwise until the clamping plate comes away from the

interface. At this point set the clamp and tool aside, take care not to allow the

cone to fall out of the interface.

Remove cone and set on a clean surface.

Remove the Sampler cone O-Ring from the interface.

Before fitting the sampler cone, fit O-ring into the slot on the inside of the

interface.

To replace the cone note the orientation of the tabs on the cone. These tabs
ensure the correct orientation of the cone when placing it back into the interface.

Refit the sampler cone tool to the sampler cone clamp if removed. Make sure

that the clamp is oriented correctly such that the flat surface is touching the cone
and the beveled is facing out to the plasma.

Rotate the tool clockwise until tight. Do not use any level to over-tighten the

sampler cone clamp.

Remove the tool by slightly turning anti-clockwise and pulling the tool away

from the clamp. The clamp should sit flush to the interface flange.
