Integrate the meter with the control system

The default setting is

remote device.

• To configure pressure measurement units:

− Using the display, choose

OFF-LINE MAINT→OFF-LINE CONFG→UNITS→PRESS

− Using ProLink II, choose

ProLink→Configuration→Pressure→Pressure Units

− Using the Field Communicator, press

Configure→Manual Setup→Measurements→External

Compensation→Pressure Unit

Prerequisites

Verify that you have set the measurement units for the pressure or temperature to match the units
configured at the external measurement device. For example, if the external measurement device is set
to send pressure data in PSI, you must set the pressure measurement units to be PSI at your transmitter.
