The Checkweigh Operation parameter specifies the conditions under which the bargraph
indicators are active. If the conditions are not met, the indicators will be off, e.g. if set for
bS, and the scale is in motion, the indicators will be off.
This parameter also controls the Over, Under, and Accept outputs of the scale. This is
particularly useful when external beepers are used to signal the checkweigh status. In this
case, the threshold (1%) parameter is usually used so that the beepers do not activate until
a weight is placed on the scale.
