RACADM Subcommand Overview

Synopsis

racadm setniccfg -d 

racadm setniccfg -s [<

Description

The 

setniccfg

 subcommand sets iDRAC6 IP address.

•

The 

-d

 option enables DHCP for the NIC (default is DHCP enabled).

•

The 

-s 

option enables static IP settings. The IP address, netmask, and 

gateway can be specified. Otherwise, the existing static settings are used.

ipAddress

> must be entered as dot-

separated strings.

The

 option disables the NIC completely.
