Cause
A no-flow condition has been detected in the system.
Parameter 22-23 No-Flow Function
is set for alarm.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot the system and reset the drive after the fault has been cleared.
5.5.37 WARNING/ALARM 93, Dry Pump
A no-flow condition in the system with the drive operating at high speed may indicate a dry pump.
Parameter 22-26 Dry Pump Func-

Feedback is lower than the set point. This may indicate a leakage in the system.

Cause
The rotor is blocked.
For 18–30 kW: If the protection is triggered more than 10 repeated times, auto reset transitions to require a manual operation to
clear the alarm.

Ensure that the rotor can operate freely.

Cause
Sensorless-pump table is missing or wrong.

Stop the rotor of the PM motor.
