Changing Definitions for Annexes with Ports

To edit or create a new definition for Annexes with asynchronous ports:

Changing Definitions for Annexes with Asynchronous Ports

Display the

Edit

Async Ports

window and choose the appropriate

settings in the

Port Options

box.

In the

Modem

box’s field,

choose the modem whose definition you

want to edit, or choose

<undefined>

to create a new definition from

default values and press

The

Edit Modem

window appears with current values for the

modem you selected.

Enter new values or change existing values in the

Modem Name

Connect Status String

Dialin Setup Command

, and

Dialout Setup Command

fields.

For detailed information about these fields, see

Understanding

the Edit Modem Window earlier in this chapter.

Press

Annex Manager closes the

Edit Modem

window and returns you to the

Edit

Async Ports

window.

Press

A confirmation window appears. You can press
