7.11 Adjusting and checking CO
2
level at maximum output
V
Read off output on RC35 or using Service Key.
V
Wait until output reaches at least 70%.
V
Insert the sensor through a testing hole in the flue pipe
(
Æ Fig. 47, page 49) into the centre of the gas flow.
V
Measure the pressure in the flue using a suitable pres-
sure tester (for location of testing point, see Fig. 47,
page 49).

2
content, natural gas type A
If CO
2
content is below 8.5%.
V
Adjust the level to 9.1% CO
2
using the high-output
adjusting screw.
– Turning the screw clockwise reduces the CO
2
level.
– Turning the screw counter-clockwise increases the
CO
2
level.

Set to 30%.

To do so, press and hold the button until the dec-
imal point on the status display lights up (at least 2
seconds).
This turns on the flue gas test.

Simultaneously press and hold the and but-
tons for approx. 5 seconds.

Press the button to reduce the boiler output to a
percentage of maximum until the display shows
