User’s Guide

Click OK to display the new report containing the selected information.

Creating a New Report from the Study Explorer:

•

Select the Reports tab available at the bottom of the Study Explorer frame of the
window.

•

Right-click to highlight the type of report you would like to generate from the list
of those available in the Reports tab and select the New command from the menu
displayed.

•

The New Report window will be displayed with the Context Type reflecting the
highlighted selection.

•

Select the report template from the Template drop-down menu. The selections
available depend on the Context Type.

•

Click

OK

to display the new report containing the selected information.

Report Templates

There are several types of elements in each report template:

1. Header text for data, tables, or graphs

E.g.

Bin Scatter plot

2. Regular Data Objects

E.g.

Context.Locus.Name (Locus)

3. Loop Delimiters:

BeginLoop: Allele = Context.Locus.Alleles

EndLoop: Allele = Context.Locus.Alleles

ID: Allele.ID

Nominal Size:

FormatNumber(Allele.TrueSize, 0)
