A link to a physical digital input. Indicates that status of the monitored object.
"1" means that the object is ready and the spring is charged for a close command.
Position indication of digital inputs and protection stage signals can be done by
using IEC 61850 signals, GOOSE signals or logical signals. The application can set
the ready status to be either "1" or "0".
