Procedure

Disassemble the ion source. (See

“To Disassemble the EI HES”

on page 165

Collect the following parts to be cleaned if you are cleaning an EI HES: (See

Figure 54

on page 172.)

These are the parts that contact the sample or ion beam. The other parts
