A Gas Exceeds Pressure Setpoint or Flow

If a gas exceeds its pressure or flow setpoint, do the following:

•

Decrease the split ratio.

•

Replace the split vent filter.

•

Verify that the correct liner is selected.

•

Check the gold seal for contamination.
