Detection Optics Display
The Detection Optic previously selected in the
Maintain tab (see section
) is displayed as the
Detection Optics
icon
(Fig. 64).
The full name of the detection optic is written next
to the graphical display.
3.2.5.6
Laser Blocking Filter Selection
According to the chosen laser lines, the
appropriate filter from the Reflector Turret for
Laser Blocking Filter can be chosen from a list
when pressing the
Laser Blocking
Filter
button
(Fig. 65).
There are six positions available in the turret. To
choose one, click on it. The turret will move to the
correct position and the filter and its name will be
shown in the light path.

Emission Selection Filter Selection
The
Emission Selection Filter
button opens a
drop-down menu in which you can choose the
Beam Splitter to direct the emission light towards
the desired detection module,
Cam1
or
Cam2
. The
activated filter will move into position and its name
will be displayed in the light path. Since Beam
Splitter and Emission filters form one unit, the
corresponding Emission Filter 1 (in front of Cam1)
and Emission Filter 2 (in front of Cam 2) will
change as well in the light path.
