You can delete a destination by

Up to 5 via points and one final
destination can be set.
To edit the route
During route guidance, you can
edit the via point order and the final
destination.
Once you start route guidance, the
[Route edit] button becomes available
on the [Navigation] menu.

Open the [Navigation] menu, and then
touch [Route edit].
The [Route edit] screen appears.

If you have not set any via points,
only the destination and your current
position will be displayed.
If you have already passed through
one or more via points when you open
the [Route edit] screen, these via
points will not be shown.
If you reach a via point while the
[Route edit] screen is open, that via
point will be removed from the list.
