the FCC for emergency commu-
nications involving the immediate
safety of individuals or immediate
protection of property. Channel 9
may also be used to render as-
sistance to a motorist. This is an
FCC rule and applies to all opera-
tors of CB radios.

If your phone receives an SMS text
message, the message can be viewed
on the screen.

1. Open the [Communication]
menu.
2. Touch [SMS].
The [SMS] screen appears.
The most current message ap-
pears on top.
3. Touch or to scroll and then
touch the message you’d like to
read.

Touch the [Phone call] button to call
the sender back.
