Read and obey the data in the manufacturer’s instruction manual of the test
bench.
1.2
Make sure that the work area is clean.
1.3
Use a brass wire brush to remove combustion particles from the external parts
of the nozzle.
1.4
Make sure that the support (not shown) is removed from the valve holder (005).
1.5
Put the injection valve (004) in position in the valve holder (005). Make sure that
the injection valve points down. Make sure that you do not cause damage to the
sealing face. Make sure that the holding device (003) can move freely.
1.6
Attach the injection valve (004) to the valve holder (005).
1.7
Attach the adapter (006) to the injection valve (004).
1.8
Connect the HP hose (008) of the test bench to the adapter (006).
1.9
Connect the cable (007) to the test bench.
1.10
Attach the safety container (002) over the nozzle of the injection valve.
1.11
Make sure that sufficient test fluid is in the test bench.

Start the test bench.

Do a test of the solenoid valve on the test bench.

If the test is not satisfactory, find the cause and repair the fault.
NOTE:
When you do the tests that follow, a small quantity of test fluid comes out from
the related return bore of the injection valve.
