• Place the monobloc on the support.

Grip the 4 nuts by plain and Grower
washers, in order to fix the monobloc to
the support and make sure that these are
well gripped.
• Connect to the monobloc the supply and
signal cables: the connection is performed
by tearing clamps. No tool is required,
except for the ground conductor.
• Re-mount the monobloc cover support
and grip the 4 lateral screws.

• Appoggiare il monoblocco sul supporto.

Avvitare i 4 dadi con rondella piana e

serrati.
• Collegare al monoblocco i cavi di
alimentazione e di controllo: il
collegamento è effettuato tramite morsetti
a strappo e non è necessario utilizzare
alcun utensile se non per il conduttore di
terra.
• Rimontare il supporto del carter del
monoblocco e avvitare le 4 viti laterali.

• Re-mount the 2 covers.
• Grip the 4 screws placed in the lower part
of the cover.
• Grip the 2 screws placed in the upper part
of the monobloc cover.
• Re-insert the 2 protective cups.

Make sure that the monobloc is well fixed.
• Remove the rope ONLY after checking
that it is not under tension anymore.
• Perform the x-ray tube calibration (see
Chapter 6 “Service information” Par.
6.5.3).
• The TUBE SEASONING is not necessary
because it has been already performed in
factory, unless there are different
indications attached to the monobloc.
• Perform the X-ray beam centering with the
rotating adapter (see the corresponding
par.).

Check the proper correspondence
between X-ray beam and light field of the
collimator.

Verificare che il monoblocco sia ben
fissato.
• Rimuovere la corda solo dopo essersi
assicurati che non è più in tensione.
• Eseguire la calibrazione del tubo RX (vedi
Capitolo 6 “Informazioni per l’assistenza”
Par. 6.5.3).
• La formazione del tubo (TUBE
SEASONING) non è necessaria perchè è
già eseguita in fabbrica, salvo diverse
indicazioni allegate al monoblocco.
• Effettuare la centratura del fascio raggi X
con l’adattatore rotante.
•
Verificare la corrispondenza tra fascio
raggi X e campo luce del collimatore (vedi
paragrafo relativo).
