• Make sure that the batteries are
completely discharged, on the contrary
perform the batteries discharge procedure
described in chapt. “Fault finding – 5”.
•
Remove the three fixing screws M3x8 with
plain and grower washers that fix the
plexiglass protection of the capacitors
batteries (pos.2).
• Remove the two screws TCEI M4x12 with
plain and grower fixing washers of the
battery (pos. 3) and, by pulling, take the
battery out.
• The inverter protection fuse becomes
visible on the left battery.

• Assicurarsi che le batterie siano
completamente scariche, in caso contrario
eseguire la procedura di scarica delle
batterie descritta nel capitolo “Ricerca
guasti – 5”.
•
Togliere le tre viti di fissaggio M3x8 con
rondella piana e grower che fiassano la
protezione in plexiglass delle batterie di
condensatori (pos.2).
• Togliere le due viti TCEI M4x12 con
rondella piana e grower di fissaggio della
batteria (pos. 3) e, tirando verso di sé,
estrarre la batteria.
• Il fusibile di protezione dell’inverter
diventa visibile sulla batteria di sinistra.

• The fuses F1-F2 (pos. 1) are fixed to the
board through two screws M5x12 with
plain and grower washers.
• Replace the fuses F1-F2 with those in the
unit.
• Repeat the operations described here
above in reverse.
• Perform some functional tests.

• I fusibili F1-F2 (pos. 1) sono fissati alla
scheda tramite due viti M5x12 con
rondelle piane e grower.
• Sostituire i fusibili F1-F2 con quelli in
dotazione alla macchina.
• Ripetere le operazioni sopra descritte in
senso inverso.
• Eseguire prove funzionali.
