Purpose of the DAPmeter device is the Dose
Area Product Measurement [cGycm 2 ] in output
to the patient. The unit foresees, as option, the
connection to an ionization rectangular
chamber, whose frequency output signal is
proportional to the measurement.
The chamber type is: PTW FREIBURG
DIAMENTOR PX – T11020-00011.
La funzione del misuratore di DAP è misurare il
prodotto dose-area [cGycm 2 ] in uscita verso il
paziente. L’unità è progettata con la possibilità
di installare un misuratore di DAP a camera di
ionizzazione.
La camera installabile è del tipo: PTW
FREIBURG DIAMENTOR PX – T11020-00011.

The DAPmeter installation consists of:
•
Location of the measuring chamber under
the collimator;
• Electric connection of the chamber through
the wiring already provided on the unit;
• Enablation of the software program
for the reading and display of the
measures.
The installation has to be performed ONLY by
AUTHORIZED Service staff.
L’insallazione del misuratore di DAP consiste
nelle seguenti fasi:
•
Posizionamento della camera di
ionizzazione sotto il collimatore;
• Collegamento della camera di ionizzazione
all’apposito connettore (già presente
nell’unità);
• Attivazione del display per la
visualizzazione.
L’installazione PUO ESSERE EFFETTUATA
SOLO DA PERSONALE DI SERVICE
AUTORIZZATO.

1. Insert the device in the dedicated slides
placed under the collimator.

2. Check on the cable of the chamber
connector that voltage value and supply
polarity are proper:
pin 1 +15V
pin 2 0V
Controllare che la tensione al connettore sia
nella polarità corretta:
pin 1 +15V
pin 2 0V
3. 3. 3. 3. Insert the connector in the DAPmeter and
screw the ground point to the GND clamp.
Collegare il connettore al misuratore di DAP
e avvitare il morsetto di massa all’apposita
vite.
4. 4. 4. 4. Turn the unit ON in SERVICE MODE and
by SETUP CONFIG menu, select the
DOSIMETER=ON parameter.
Accendere l’unità e accedere alla MODO
SERVICE. Dal menu SETUP CONFIG
abilitare il dosimetro (parametro
DOSIMETER=ON).
