2. Follow the onscreen instructions to enable or disable the communication failure message. The message
will display as “CommF”. To clear the announcement of the message, press and hold
ENTER
and then
press Alarm.
Setting Receiver Type and Status Display
Note: The factory defaults are Always On for the display of receiver status messages on the Main Display and
Spot monitors. You do not need to set the Receiver Status field if you want the receiver status
message to always display on all (main display and spot) monitors.
The Receiver Types are set to Other Receiver for all cameras as the factory default. If your receivers
have more than four pan-and-tilt speeds, such as Surveyor domes, or for fixed speed receivers, you do
not need to change this setting.
Use the following procedure to set the receiver status display on the monitors and to define the receiver
types.
1. Access the Main Display Title Text screen as shown in the menu path below.
