has established a 100 Mbps connection with an
external device.
If not lit, a 100 Mbps connection has NOT been
established.

Off Green light on indicates that the Compact xPEP
has established a 10 Mbps connection with an
external device.
Orange light on indicates that the Compact xPEP
has established a 1000 Mbps connection with an
external device.
If not lit, neither a 10 nor a 1000 Mbps
connection has NOT been established.
