User Configuration Screen – Network Access Tab:
Authorized Networks – the display panel in (call out figure number)
shows a list of all networks to which the user has access. In this
example it is blank because this is a new user to whom network access
has not yet been granted. For an existing user, where editing is being
done, the list of networks for which the user has access will be listed in
the display panel.
Unauthorized Networks – This display panel shows a list of all
networks in the ArcLight system in which the user does not have
access.
<-Add button – This button is used to add a network to the set
networks accessible to the user.
To authorize access to a network, select the desired network from the
Unauthorized Networks display panel, and click the
<-Add button. The
selected network will be removed from the Unauthorized Networks
display panel and will appear in the Authorized Networks display panel.
Remove-> button – This button is used to remove a user’s network
assess.
To remove access to a network, select the desired network from the
Authorized Networks display panel, and click the Remove-> button.
The selected network will be removed from the Authorized Networks
display panel and appear in the Unauthorized Networks display panel.
OK button – is used to load new information into the database, activate
the new information, close the window and return to the Log Manager
window.
