3.3.16.2.8 Authority Level Configuration

Authority Level Configuration Screen – General Tab:
Under the "Authority Levels" tab, the user must then select an
authority level from the list. Then the user may use the buttons on the
side: New, Edit, Delete, etc. Clicking Edit will bring up the Authority
Level Configuration with the General tab as the default. This screen is
the starting point for granting authority to a new user, deleting a user,
or to modify the existing authority level for current users.
The General tab shows the name of the authority level, provides a
description, and allows selections listed in the Non-Members list to be
added to the Members list, and permits selections in the Members list
to be removed.
Level Name : This is the name of the authority level. It could be root, or
Guest, etc.
Description : Enter a description of the level in this field. It could be
“Guest is read only” if Guest is the level name, or “Root has all
permissions” if Root is the level name, etc.
Use the Add Button and Remove Button to move users from the
Members and Non-Members columns.
