When the user clicks on Edit, the drop-down menu appears. If nothing
in the display window is highlighted, the only allowed selection is Select
All. Click on
Select All and items in the display window will be
highlighted. Click on Edit a second time and now Copy is active. Click
on Copy to copy the event log and then paste the event log entries into
another document or report. If a new event log item is entered before
the Copy command is completed, the Select All will be reset.
If the user selects (highlights) one or more rows in the display panel
and then click on Edit, they can copy those items already highlighted
by clicking on Copy.
View – The drop-down menu provides two selections, Filter… and
Find…, both containing additional screens. Select Filter… to display
the Event Streamer Filter screen, and select Find… to display the Find
Screen.
