Button 8 = input=[YC2]
Now press the menu select knob and the brackets will start to flash. This notifies
that Scaler that you are about to change the input assignment, rotate the knob
right until the word 'Preset 1' is shown and then select it by pressing the knob
again. The flashing will cease and the display will now look like this:

Button 8 = input=[Preset1]
This has assigned button 8 to be Preset 1, we will now repeat the process to
assign button 9 as Restore which will become the default condition.
Rotate the menu select knob back so the at the brackets are surrounding the
button number "8", press the menu select knob to indicate that you wish to make
a new assignment and change the "8" to a "9", then press the knob again to
accept this new assignment. The display will now show:

Button [9] = input=YC3
Rotate then menu select knob to the right so that the brackets surround the
"input=YC3"

Button 9 = input=[YC3]
Now press the menu select knob and the brackets will start to flash. This notifies
that Scaler that you are about to change the input assignment. Rotate the knob
clockwise until the word 'Restore' is shown and then select it by pressing the
knob. The flashing will cease and the display will now look like this.

Button 9 = [Restore]
This has assigned button 9 to be the restore function of the Scaler.
Next, press and hold the menu select knob until you hear a beep and the info
message appears:
