Output RGB Level only works when in the RGB or YUV mode. The output signal
type must therefore be RGB or YUV (not be CV or YC) for this menu to appear.
(See Output Image selection criteria in the Top Menu area to set the output
format).
Provided you have an RGB or YUV output selected, once at this menu simply
press the Menu Select knob (which will start the brackets flashing) and then
adjust the Menu Select knob until you have the desired RGB signal level
displayed on the Scaler’s output. Press the knob again to store the new value in
temporary memory. Press and hold until you hear a “Beep” to permanently store
the new value.

Output SC/H Phase
Adjust Scaler Parameters
SC/H phase [ 0]
SC/H phase is an adjustment only available when either CV or YC output is
selected for the Scaler. (See Output Image selection criteria in the Top Menu
area to set the output format).
This control is used to reduce color shifts when genlocking to an incoming CV or
YC signal. From the LCD screen shown above, press the Menu Select knob and
adjust the Menu Select knob to minimize any color shift apparent on the output
image. Press the Menu Select knob again to store the new value in temporary
memory. Press the knob and hold it until you hear the “Beep” to permanently
store the value.
13.13 Cross Color Reduction
Adjust Scaler Parameters
Cross-col. red. [ Off]
This adjustment also only applies to CV or YC output signals. (See Output Image
selection criteria in the Top Menu area to set the output format).
The adjustment minimizes the tendency of CV/YC signals with high-level
luminance components to be decoded as color signals thereby corrupting the
output image. The control functions by reducing the bandwidth of the luminance
channel of the signal. Aggressively reducing the bandwidth can result in a loss of
image detail so the feature normally is turned off or one of the two lower settings
are used.
Pressing the Menu Select knob while on the above screen causes the brackets
to flash. Use the Menu Select knob to select from four possible modes of
