you encounter problems during a firmware update, check to see if the progress
bar is still moving, indicating an update is in progress. If it stops for several
minutes, abort the process and start again from the beginning. If there are still
problems, disconnect the unit from the AC power source, wait a few moments,
plug it back in and turn it back on. After you’ve done that, try to install the new
firmware version again.
