Execution control commands

Operating instructions
Mark start of a repeat sequence, or loop (g)
The [g] command is used in conjunction with the [G] command. The [g]
command marks the beginning of a repeat sequence (loop) that occurs
within program string (i.e., the entire string is not repeated). The [g] com-
mand can be used with the [G] command to nest up to 10 loops.
Example of loop nesting:
[A0gP50gP100D100G10G5R]
Breakdown:
Delay command execution (M<n>)
The [M] command delays execution of a command for <n> milliseconds. This
command is typically used to allow time for liquid in the syringe and tubing
to stop oscillating, thereby enhancing precision.
Arguments:
Halt command execution (H<n>)
The [H] command is used within a program string to halt execution of the
string and wait for a specified condition.
Arguments:
To resume execution, an [R] command or TTL signal must be sent. Two TTL
inputs are available: Input 1 (JP3 pin 7), and Input 2 (JP3 pin 8).
Note:
Both inputs are pulled up to +5V.
The status of the TTL input lines can be read using [?13] and [?14]. The
response of the [H] command to the TTL inputs can be configured using the
EEPROM [u16] command. See details below.
