Connect tubing

CAUTION:  

Be sure to check fluid compatibility with the materials in the 

valve, syringe, and plunger seal. Refer to "Chemical compatibility chart" 
(page 130).

For fluid connections, the standard C-Series valves are equipped with 
1/4-28" ports for the tubing fittings.

Procedure

Connect tubing to pump and fluid source and outlet according to your 
instrument design and the tubing supplier’s instructions.

Note:  

If more information is needed about valve port options, refer to “Valve 

Positioning” and the associated illustrations in Chapter 5, Operating instruc-
tions (page 35).
