PROCEDURE (REMOVAL
Retain bolts, spacers, screws and washers (with the exception of lock-washers), as applicable, for reassembly.
1.
Remove the rudder (refer to paragraph 4.2.2.2).
2.
Remove the empennage-to-fuselage fairing (1), by unscrewing the button head screws retaining it.
3.
Remove the side panel (2) on each side of the fuselage, by unscrewing the button head screws (3) and
retaining it.
4.
Disconnect the strobe light cable connector (4).
