Use Wurth HSS 2000
grease spray or
equivalent.
Lubricate the thread if
required.

for wear and tightness
(3 pcs).
The belt must be able
to twist approximately
10°... 15°.
Do not overtighten the
belts. (see 8.3. Toothed
belts of the S-80 unit)

Lubrication maintenance interval in irregular use: Lubricate after every 30.000 work cycle
or 100 km, or at least every 6 months.
If the machine is used only occasionally, it is recommended to check and
lubricate the machine at least once a year.
Wipe of any excess grease from the surfaces.
