A three-way conference is opened with the active call

The function code xx (always two characters) is passed
on. The transfer of nnn is optional. If another parame-
ter is needed, this can be input separated by *. The
command is ended with #. The mobile user can thus
act as though he is entering the function code

mostly by SwyxIt! Mobile- received a #.
