BRAKE DISC

• Make sure that the brake disc is clean and free of any greasy

matter.

• Apply thread lock to the brake disc bolts and tighten them to

the specified torque.

99000-32130: THREAD LOCK CEMENT SUPER “1360” 

or equivalent

Brake disc bolt (Front): 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 lbf-ft)

FRONT AXLE

Install the front axle in the following procedure.

• Tighten the front axle 

1

 using the special tool to the specified

torque.

09900-18710: Hexagon socket (12 mm)

Front axle: 65 N·m (6.5 kgf-m, 47.0 lbf-ft)

• Loosen the front stabilizer bolts

• Move the front forks up and down four or five times.
