OIL PAN

• Install a new gasket

• Install the oil pan

NOTE:
Fit the clamp to the oil pan bolts

• Tighten the oil pan bolts diagonally to the specified torque.



Oil pan bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)

ENGINE SPROCKET SPACER

• Apply grease to the new O-ring and oil seal lip.



99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”

or equivalent

• Install the engine sprocket spacer

NOTE:
The grooved

side of the engine sprocket spacer

must face

crankcase side.

CRANKCASE BREATHER COVER

• Install a new gasket

and tighten the breather cover



Breather cover bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)

OIL FILTER

• Apply engine oil lightly to the gasket.
• Install oil filter with the special tool. (


