• Tighten the rear sprocket nuts to the specified torque.
Rear sprocket nut: 49 N·m (4.9 kgf-m, 35.5 lbf-ft)
NOTE:
Stamped mark

on the sprocket must face outside.
• Install the spacer

BRAKE DISC
• Make sure that the brake disc is clean and free of any greasy
matter.
• Apply thread lock to the disc bolts and tighten them to the
specified torque.
99000-32130: THREAD LOCK CEMENT SUPER “1360”
or equivalent
Brake disc bolt (Rear): 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lbf-ft)
• Install the collar

REAR AXLE
• Install the rear wheel with the rear axle and tighten the rear
axle nut

• Adjust the drive chain slack after installing the rear wheel.

• Tighten the rear axle nut

to the specified torque.
Rear axle nut: 65 N·m (6.5 kgf-m, 47.0 lbf-ft)
After installing the rear wheel, pump the brake pedal
several times to check for proper brake operation.
