DOC08010 Rev. A (DRAFT 1)
Figure 6-112: Printer interface, showing waste weight (red background indicates
operator alert)
The
ȱ
waste
ȱ
container
ȱ
consists
ȱ
of
ȱ
a
ȱ
plastic
ȱ
container
ȱ
inside
ȱ
a
ȱ
cardboard
ȱ
box.
ȱ
You
ȱ
typically
ȱ
dispose
ȱ
of
ȱ
the
ȱ
entire
ȱ
waste
ȱ
container—including
ȱ
the
ȱ
box.
ȱ
Therefore,
ȱ
you
ȱ
must
ȱ
assemble
ȱ
a
ȱ
new
ȱ
box
ȱ
and
ȱ
insert
ȱ
a
ȱ
new
ȱ
plastic
ȱ
container
ȱ
before
ȱ
you
ȱ
can
ȱ
install
ȱ
it
ȱ
in
ȱ
the
ȱ
printer.
To prepare a new waste container:
1. Assemble
ȱ
the
ȱ
cardboard
ȱ
box,
ȱ
making
ȱ
sure
ȱ
to
ȱ
punch
ȱ
out
ȱ
the
ȱ
perforated
ȱ
sections.
2. Place
ȱ
a
ȱ
new
ȱ
plastic
ȱ
container
ȱ
into
ȱ
the
ȱ
box.
Note:
Do not close the box until you connect the waste drain tube from the
printer.
