UV measurement
The ȱ UV ȱ lamps ȱ power ȱ up ȱ and ȱ stabilize. ȱ (This ȱ takes ȱ several ȱ minutes.) ȱ Then, ȱ
the ȱ print ȱ block ȱ passes ȱ over ȱ the ȱ sensor ȱ and ȱ the ȱ wizard ȱ compares ȱ the ȱ
measured ȱ radiation ȱ to ȱ the ȱ recommended ȱ level ȱ for ȱ each ȱ UV ȱ lamp ȱ and ȱ
printing ȱ mode. ȱ During ȱ this ȱ process, ȱ which ȱ takes ȱ 20–40 ȱ minutes, ȱ you ȱ need ȱ
to ȱ monitor ȱ the ȱ progress ȱ as ȱ displayed ȱ in ȱ the ȱ wizard ȱ screen.

When ȱ using ȱ a ȱ stand Ȭ alone ȱ radiation ȱ meter, ȱ reset ȱ the ȱ meter ȱ and ȱ enter ȱ the ȱ
reading ȱ (measurement) ȱ when ȱ you ȱ are ȱ prompted ȱ to ȱ do ȱ so.

If ȱ the ȱ UV ȱ level ȱ measured ȱ is ȱ not ȱ acceptable, ȱ the ȱ wizard ȱ calibrates ȱ the ȱ UV ȱ
lamp ȱ by ȱ adjusting ȱ the ȱ current ȱ supplied ȱ to ȱ it, ȱ and ȱ then ȱ tests ȱ it ȱ again.
When ȱ all ȱ UV ȱ tests ȱ have ȱ finished, ȱ the ȱ results ȱ are ȱ displayed, ȱ showing ȱ the ȱ
condition ȱ of ȱ the ȱ lamps ȱ after ȱ calibration ȱ (see ȱ figure 6 Ȭ 93).
