Box Selection
Description
Protocol Name
When the
Load
button is selected, displays the name of the
loaded protocol.
When the
New
button is selected, allows you to enter a new protocol name.
Phase
Description
When the
Load
button is selected, displays the name of the first phase (or
selected phase).
When the
New
button is selected, allows you to enter a new phase name.
continuous

When
Yes
is selected, designates the stage as continuous.
When
No
is selected, designates the stage as non-continuous.
Loops
When a phase is selected in the
Phase
list, allows you to select the number of
loops to be acquired for each view in the selected phase.
View
Standard Views
Lists the standard views available for selection to be included in the protocol.
The selected views are displayed for every phase in the protocol.
WMS model
1
Lists the WMS models available for selection to be used by default in
the protocol.
New
Clears the
Protocol Name
selection and allows you to create a new protocol.
Load
Displays the
Select Protocol to load
dialog box and then displays information
about the selected protocol within the
Protocol Editor
dialog box.
Save
Saves changes.
Delete
Removes the protocol from memory.
Quit
Exits the
Protocol Editor
dialog box.
