User Manual
wire the power supply lines and I/O lines as required by the regulations in force in the country where the
product is used;
for power supply lines and I/O lines, use cables with a section suited to the technical characteristics listed in
“1.9.2.1 RTU electrical technical characteristics” on page 17;
the electrical connections must be as short as possible, without wrapping them around other electrically
connected parts;
pay attention not to twist the electric cables;
wire the power cables separately from the I/O and communications cables.
1.1.2 Instructions for electrical connections
The electrical connections must be made according to the desired configuration.
For the contemplated configurations, please refer to
“1.10 Configurations” on page 22
.
The I/O integrated in the RTU allows you to manage a maximum of 3 pumps. For the management of additional
pumps, up to a maximum of 3, the use of the Z-D-IO expansion modules is envisaged: each expansion module
allows you to manage 1 additional pump.
