4. The outdoor unit starts a tracking to check the connected indoor unit and option at power ON.
●
The left of outdoor unit PCB check display part checks the
responded indoor unit by communication to 0~F address,
and displays the responded address to the right of PCB
check display part.
●
Check if the indoor unit address at installation and the indoor
unit address responded is same.
●
Check if the number of indoor unit installed and the number
of outdoor unit PCB setup is same.
●
If the number of indoor unit set on outdoor unit PCB and
responded by communication is same after tracking, go
ahead the next step.
●
If CH is displayed on the part of outdoor unit PCB check
display after completion of tracking, the compressor is not
preheated. Turn the power On to heat the compressor, and
wait until the CH is disappeared.
●
The communication between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is performed if the compressor is preheated. And the
connected indoor unit address is displayed at the right of the outdoor unit PCB check display part.
5. Check the system pressure by use of manifold gauge.
●
Connect the manifold gauge with the high/low pressure
service valve of outdoor unit.
●
Check if the high/low pressure service valves are all opened.
●
Operate the system by pressing the refrigerant charge key.
●
Check the high/low pressure through the manifold gauge.
●
Refer to the pressure table classified by the outdoor
temperature and the length of drain pipe provided separately
for a proper pressure.
●
Stop the system by pressing the refrigerant charge key.
Check if the indoor unit address is responded as a same.
