- Refer to the below judge method
- Indoor unit EEV operation defect (EEV does not open.)
1. Judge method (The following conditions should be satisfied for more than 20 minutes.)
1) In cooling mode
2) In heating mode (All following conditions should be satisfied)

(1) More than 2 indoor units are operating in THERMO ON heating mode.

(2) The average of high pressure

(3) After 5 minutes from the completion of safety start, the condition of indoor unit T(EVAP_in) < T(Room) + 3˚C and
T(EVAP_out) < T(Room) + 3˚C is maintained for 5 minutes.
2. Check method
1) Check whether the EEV wire is connected correctly to the indoor unit PCB.
2) Check whether the EEV coil is inserted to the main body correctly.
3) After pressing the reset key(K3) of outdoor unit, check if the same error is occurred.

If it is the CLOSE error, operate the corresponding indoor unit.

If it is OPEN error, turn the power of corresponding indoor unit off to check.
4) If there is no trouble for the above checks, replace the EEV of the corresponding indoor unit.

Since the replacement of EEV is the inconvenient work to collect the all refrigerant in the system, be sure to check
the above items before replacing EEV.
